The Portsmouth Procedures Manual is intended to assist in the day-to-day administration of the zoning and subdivision ordinances. The manual’s primary objective is to explain the review procedures for permits and development approvals in the zoning and subdivision ordinances. To ease the application process, this manual also provides information about City staff contacts, application forms, and fee schedules. This manual is a supplement to the City’s zoning and subdivision ordinances, not a substitute.
